Bespoken Spirits moved from its home in Menlo Park, California to Lexington, Kentucky to join the Bourbon Trail. Bespoken bills itself as a disrupter in the whiskey business.
Instead of aging its product for several years in oak barrels, the company has found a way to infuse the same oakiness into its spirit within a four-day-long process. According to the company, by adding oak wood “niblets” into the product, it can achieve the same finishes as longer-aged whiskey products.
The product has received some early successes with investments and support from Silicon Valley entrepreneurs like billionaire T.J. Rodgers, and Baseball legend Derek Jeter.
The company is offering tastings at their new home at 101 W Loudon Ave suite 136 in Lexington.
