While Nulu will run with goats and celebrate the season’s bock beer during Bock Fest, Another Fest kicks off for its first-ever event.
Bob Fest, a celebration of folk music and art, was inspired by Bob Dylan, whose Heaven’s Door Brand Center — The Last Refuge (600 E. Market St.) — will host the event on Saturday, March 22 from 4 – 8 p.m. with Louisville musicians and artists providing the entertainment.
Musicians performing include Kathryn Brooks, Tyrone Cotton, and a Louisville Folk School ensemble. Art will be provided via the Outsider Art Museum.

“We want to bring back some of the grassroots energy that has made Louisville’s creative community special,” said Katie Molck, co-organizer of Bob Fest in a release. “Dylan’s music has always celebrated individuality and artistic expression, much like the ‘Keep Louisville Weird’ spirit. And that’s exactly what we’re aiming to do. We want to create a space where musicians, artists, and the community can come together in a way that feels true to Louisville.”
