The Big Stomp Lineup Is Here. 

The Big Stomp (formerly PeteFest) music festival is entering its ninth year with a focus on mental health and serves as the major outreach for The Pete Foundation, which aims to destigmatize mental health and to broaden awareness of community resources. It returns this summer, July 25 and 26. More than 12 acts will perform across two stages at Louisville’s Waterfront Park around the Brown-Forman Amphitheater.

Festival goers will also be able to visit the Nutrition Nook (sponsored by Kroger) to get a piece of fresh fruit and get a sweet treat from pastry chef Jackie Joseph.

The original festival and foundation were created by the Jones family after the loss of their 23-year-old son Pete in 2016 as a result of depression, anxiety, and the stigma surrounding mental health.
