Change Today, Change Tomorrow is accepting vendor applications for the 2025 West End Farmers Market. Submissions are open until Tuesday, April 30. All local food producers, farmers, artisans, and growers are encouraged to apply. Black-led vendors are especially encouraged to apply. Applications can be found here: https://forms.gle/4pCqpadArN6aLkie6.
Because of a generous $300,000 pledge from an anonymous UK donor, there is no vendor fee required to participate this year. The donation solidifies the value of community-driven food solutions and frees the market from placing a financial burden on small producers.
The West End Farmers Market is the only Louisville Farmers Market in the West End of Louisville, which is a historically Black and underserved area with more than 60,000 residents.
From May 4 – October 5, the market runs biweekly on Sundays from 3 – 7 p.m. at California Park (1600 St Catherine St.). The market is SNAP-approved and participates in the Kentucky Double Dollars program through Community Farm Alliance.
The West End market offers a great cultural experience with art, music, food demos, family activities, and community resources.
For interested applicants, Change Today, Change Tomorrow will offer a Virtual Vendor Information Session on Monday, April 21, from 6 – 7 p.m. Join via Google Meet: https://meet.google.com/ocs-eoyq-wvq Or dial: +1 919-578-6000 PIN: 316 756 462# Additional phone numbers: Click here.
“We’re building something for us, by us,” said T’Von Terry, CTCT’s West End Farmers Market Director. “This market isn’t just about food—it’s about cultural power, economic opportunity, and self-determination.”
