The Flyover Film Festival is scheduled from July 23 – 27. Before the festival gets underway, the Louisville Film Society is hosting its “Preflight Party” on Friday, June 20, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at 21c Museum Hotel (700 W. Main St.). The Preflight Party will offer a first look at the lineup for this year’s Flyover Film Festival.
The Preflight Party will offer guests a chance to celebrate the creativity of film with the local community. Guests at the event will enjoy drinks, nibbles, and a preview of the festival. A silent auction will feature exclusive items with proceeds benefiting the Louisville Film Society and its mission to uplift independent filmmakers and film culture in the region.
“The Preflight Party is our way of setting the stage for the 15th Flyover Film Festival,” said Stu Pollard, Chairman of the Louisville Film Society. “It’s a fun, festive evening where the community can celebrate independent film, connect with fellow movie lovers, and get an exciting preview of what’s ahead.”
