Murder Mysteries at the Bristol Bar and Grill Downtown and in the Highlands? WhoDunnit Murder Mysteries of Louisville is presenting “Murders and Acquisitions” at the Bristol locations in May. The show invites the audience into the world of a small banking company that is threatened with a merger. The stockholders (the audience) get the task of approving or rejecting the merger. The audience has to decide if business as usual is what’s actually happening, and has to discover who could be capable of murder.
WhoDunnit Murder Mysteries began in Massachusetts by writer Ann Waterman and actor-director Joel Hellmann. The theater grew in popularity, and now they are getting a home in Louisville. The Mysteries are run by a local non-profit, and all money spent stays in the local community. WhoDunnit Murder Mysteries, Louisville hires local talent and trains young actors.
See “Murders and Acquisitions” at Bristol Downtown (614 W Main St #4211) on Saturday, May 17, and each Saturday evening through June 21. See the show at Bristol Highlands on Friday, May 23.
