
Join AMPED Louisville as they honor graduates of their music academy at the 9th annual Dream Maker Awards Gala. On Friday, June 13, from 6 – 10 p.m., at Progress Park Airstream Resort and Event Venue (4503 Progress Blvd.), the organization will welcome businesses, organizations, and individuals who are helping to shape a better future for the local community.
AMPED Louisville is “dedicated to empowering underserved communities by providing education and training in music, technology, and entrepreneurship. The organization strives to create equitable opportunities and bridge gaps for a brighter future.”
“Our work isn’t just about teaching music, technology, or entrepreneurship—it’s about equity through opportunity,” said Dave Christopher Sr., President & Founder of AMPED. “At AMPED, we’re empowering those who have been left behind and helping them thrive. The Dream Maker Awards celebrate the individuals and organizations who are helping us turn ‘have-nots’ into ‘haves,’ making a tangible difference in the lives of so many.”
Radio personality Krystal Goodner will be the emcee for the evening. Guests will enjoy Southern flavors from Against the Grain Smokehouse and other Louisville chefs paired with craft beer, wine and specialty cocktails.
